- Discount codes not entered at checkout cannot be rectified later, if there is any query please contact the team via email at hello@maskhouse.co.uk where the team will be more than happy to walk you through and resolve your query. 

- Free gifts are subject to availability and are usually limited quantities so get in there fast and order as soon as you can.  

- If for some (uncommon) reason the item you have ordered is not available, the team will contact you with a replacement or similar item.  If there isn't any then we will refund the item cost no questions asked.
